Chicago Honey Co-op CSA Members Application Agreement

In becoming a member of Chicago Honey Co-op CSA, I understand that I am showing my support for Chicago Honey Co-op and it's goals of sustainable urban agriculture, beekeeping, education and training by making a financial commitment for the 2018 season.

I understand that the honey will not be available until July at the earliest.

I understand that due to weather, pests and other hazards of beekeeping, that the actual honey harvest will vary and that Chicago Honey Co-op will make every effort to ensure a successful beekeeping season but can make no guarantees as to the total value or amount of honey provided over the course of the 2018 season.

I understand that there are no refunds.

I understand that my $75.00 share can be composed of any of the products made by Chicago Honey Co-op and not honey alone.

I understand that this is a farmers market CSA and not a boxed share CSA and that I may spend my share like cash by visiting the Chicago Honey Co-op at one of the farmers markets CHC attends during the season. My choice will be deducted from my share amount and a record will be kept by Chicago Honey Co-op.

I understand that honey and products will not be held for me at the market and that my best chance of getting the products I want are by arriving early at the farmers market.

I would like to participate in the Chicago Honey Co-op CSA for the 2018 season. I have read over the above information and understand that weather and other factors beyond the control of Chicago Honey Co-op may result in more or less honey available during the course of the season. I understand that shares are non-refundable and available on a first come first serve basis.
